Well, it's that time of year again, time to renew the web hosting. And for those of you that don't know, that has become a lot more expensive than it used to be. Fifty dollars a year is now several hundred. Not to mention the price of domain names has gone up ten-fold.
And I just found out that the nice folks at PayPal disabled all my Support buttons, and I never got a notice (although that may be my fault.) In any case, it is all working again now, so if you would like to make a small donation to help defray these costs, it would be greatly appreciated.
New Jersey has far more put-ins and places to explore than I can ever get to. If you've been somewhere good, or bad, click that contact link and send me a description. Or you can click the Support button and send a couple of bucks to help with the web hosting, software, and other costs - this stuff is not free!
There is a funny little bit of land in near Salem County that is attached to New Jersey, but belongs to Delaware. All rivers change their courses over time, and the land there built up since the borders were drawn in the 1700s, so technically it belongs to Delaware. A consequence of this is that New Jersey law enforcement has no jurisdiction there, and Delaware doesn't patrol it, so it is basically no-man's land. The sensible thing would be for Delaware to simply cede this useless appendage to New Jersey, but neither side seems interested in doing that. New Jersey has enough swamps already.
